Our home is conveniently located near popular hiking trails (e.g., Silver Comet Trail), and is only 15-minutes to Truist Park (the Battery) and Six Flags. Also, within 25-minutes of Lockheed Martin and Dobbins Air-force Base.
Good to know
The upper level offers 4-comfortable bedrooms: (2) kings, (1) queen, and (1) double. The primary room also features an en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms feature blackout curtains, Casper mattresses, and cozy soft linens for a perfect night sleep. The kitchen has all the essentials, plus added features like an electric kettle, bakeware, and more, plus a breakfast nook where you can watch the sunrise. The living room features a 55" smart TV and comfortable seating. And an office/study at the back of the main floor is the perfect place to work, read, watch the sunset, or take a nap on the chenille couch. Additional bathrooms are located (full) upper hallway near adjacent bedrooms; on the main level just off the kitchen and living room. Please note the drive way is steep. The property has a number of stairs and an inclined access to the house from the driveway. The driveway is at a steep angle down to the parking area.
